A little Kodak decoding: Flexicolor is C-41, Ektacolor is RA-4. They call everything "<something> Replenisher", like "Developer Replenisher". This means you use the same product as the developer as well as the replenisher if you are trying to use a replenished process. (Which you are probably not)

But that is not the intended way to do it, as developer replenisher is not developer.
To gain developer, a mix of starter and developer has to be made. The same applies to bleach replenisher.
