Number two looks to me like a wet part of a negative came in contact with something else. By the way, I recommend PhotoFlow or something similar. Squeegies are fine but you have to squeegie your film V-E-R-Y slow. Started doing darkroom work when Kennedy was President so I have been in the dark a lot.
