This reminds me of when some Soviet bigshot Army generals were touring Bulgaria during the Cold War. The Bulgarians told the Soviets after the tour they would go to a strip joint. The Soviets asked if the girls at the strip clubs were first class and the Bulgarians said, "yes, every one of them have been good Communist Party members for 50 years or more."
