I think you need to keep looking. I found some printing paper with a "use by" date of 1926, but it is the wrong size for you. In my neck of the woods there is only one "old fashioned" camera store left within 100 miles and they sometimes have some great bargains for darkroom-type stuff. Like a Rodenstock enlarging lens, brand new for $5. Anything like that near you? Good luck. I want to do the same thing but in 11x14 so my prints will be all originals.
