    Cheers for the tips! I must have mis-remembered the developer I'm using.
    *edit - it is Ilford Multigrade, got mixed up

    From googling I think the yellow stain is from just using a tray of water for my stop when I should have used proper stop for so many prints. My tray of water probably started to become dilute developer pretty fast and then the prints were going straight into fixer.
