Nope, that was the K28/2. Zeiss got the SMC coating (Zeiss called it T*), Pentax got a license to produce the 28mm Distagon.
The K28/3.5 is still a great lens though. It's an evolution on the SMC Takumar 28/3.5, which was a great lens in its own right. They added an extra element in the K-series version, then cheapened it up for the M-series.
