I work in a commercial lab. The first half of the role was machine processed, the second half hand processed.
I just finished processing another roll. The shots at 3200 at night came out, though underexposed. Though definitely far more than I would expect from a 200 speed film. I did a couple 200 samples indoors again what I had trouble with the other day. There may have been something wrong with the incident meter, as this time they exhibit better density range at 200, with cleaner grain and a useable picture.
A couple of them were less exposed than 3200, as the AE-1 simply flashes if I try to meter below 1/30th @ 3200.
Bear with me as I get samples uploaded
AE-1 meter set to 1600, from this morning. Deep blacks don't hold detail.
Meter set to 3200 from last night
In this case, a chart at 1600.. it hit 77 lp/mm at 75:1 and 44 lp/mm @ 4.34:1 though quite grainy.
