Yes. It is very simple but time consuming. Make a paper backing that will accomodate 15 frames - mark the frame numbers obviously. You will need a roll of actual 828 film as a template. You need two spools of course. In the dark, cut 35mm to size leaving unneeded film in cannister. Tape film to correct starting point on backing paper (mark with a small peice of tape so you can feel where it is). Wind up film and backing paper together on to the one 828 spool. It will be backward now so wind it again to the other spool. Keep everything tight and you should be good to go. Takes about 15 minutes to do all this.
