dr5 used to offer Fuji R-prints (which they did really well), but since that process has been discontinued, the options are internegs or digital. Given the fact that to do Cibachrome right one often needs to make contrast masks anyway, straight B&W internegs for printing on traditional B&W paper might not be any more difficult, really.

It's best to make them in a larger format than the original, and once you've got the setup, it becomes an absolutely routine procedure. There are a few approaches, but the easiest is to dupe the slide to neg film (I'd use T-Max 100) on a copy stand, using a light box to illuminate the slide.
