Could you chem mixing-creating types refer me to some books so I might be able to:

1) understand about what you are talking, and
2) mix my own, as needed, fine-tuning the mix for the job before me.

At present, I unscrew the bottle, and dilute with the prescribed ratio of water. Even my 4-year old daughter can mix her juice out with water. I should very much like to know more... just don't know where to start.
