I'm a little unsure about whether you're after ability to control contrast or film speed when you combine "push" and "pull" (film speed) with N+ and N- (zone system).
I actually prefer the New Classic 400 to TMY. Efke 100 is a nice film, and so is FP4+. I suspect that if the films you like are TMX and Acros, you'll probably prefer Efke PL100 to FP4+. Tri-X is classic, but has a very different look from TMX or HP5. Classic 400, Tri-X, HP5+, FP4+, and Efke 100 all work well with zone system type development to control contrast. If you want more real speed, try a developer like Acufine, Diafine, or Microphen.
