I couldn't get into the site by cutting and pasting the user id and password I used last order. I called Dana about noon, EST, Feb 3. He reset the id and password, placed the order, gave me the discount.

This is not the first computer problem I have had there, but once I talked to a person, Melody, Dana, everything worked out well. They are nice people, selling good products. It really doesn't matter to me if they don't have the best software in the world.
